In business, there are 4 Fields of Performance: Systems, Behavior, Self, and Social. Cort shows All-In Leaders how to confidently navigate all 4 Fields, devoting the most time to self and social, the two most powerful fields that are also the most neglected. In the self and social fields, leaders are grown, followers are born and led, and extraordinary performance is achieved.
Cort shows leaders how to interact with followers in the 4 Fields through his 5 Conditions of Performance. Drawing on his decades of study and hands-on experience, Cort’s 5 Conditions are original, foundational ways of affecting people’s perceptions of themselves and their work. With Cort’s guidance, All-In Leaders generate the 5 Conditions, and in doing so elicit committed and active followers.
“The 4 Fields and 5 Conditions make tangible that which for many leaders is difficult to grasp… the emotional and social aspects of performance. Once you have mastered these concepts, new opportunities for creating performance become accessible.” -Cort Dial
Through his All-In Events, All-In Keynotes, and private executive coaching, Cort’s clients acquire this unique suite of realizations, faculties and skills essential to any leader aspiring to the summit of leadership.

“Our Clear Leading from the Future Summit was a watershed event for me and my people.”
-MARCEL ROBICHAUX, General Manager of Drilling & Completions, Chevron
In today’s business climate, it remains highly unusual for a company’s leadership to declare a different future––to stand up and say, “I’m committing to a whole new way of operating. Here is what it looks like.” But it is unquestionably one of the most powerful moves a leader can make.
An All-In Event is different than any other corporate event you’ve ever attended or led. Lives and companies are fundamentally changed at these multi-day gatherings.
Organizations that endure master the art of change. Sometimes the change is precipitated internally: a leadership transition or a desire for higher operating standards. Sometime the change is forced upon us: a competitor’s successful innovation or an industry’s shifting climate. If recognizing the need for change is the leader’s first challenge, the second, and perhaps even the greatest feat, will be to enlist followers in it.
Cort Dial teaches leaders how to create real change and mobilize dedicated followers through his All-In Events, action-based solutions for pioneers ready to lead their organizations forward. Most leaders try to do the heavy lifting themselves. That is wrong. Leadership is not about problem solving. It’s about creating a compelling future that generates followers who will do the heavy lifting for you. They’ll make the change happen. Your All-In Event will help them get there.
“When change is needed, leaders must stand up in front of everyone and articulate that change in a very powerful, compelling way. That is what an All-In Event is: a transformative gathering of people who are about to embark on an exciting new journey together. No one leaves an All-In Event the same person they were when they arrived.” —Cort Dial

All-In Leaders see business and performance through a wider, definitively human lens. Through his All-In Events, All-In Keynotes, and select one-on-one coaching engagements, Cort is the one who opens their eyes.
Today, leaders around the world are waking up to a redeeming truth: The choice between profits or people is a false dilemma. Author and transformational event producer Cort Dial has a name for these new ambassadors of soul and purpose: All-In Leaders. With Cort’s help, All-In Leaders see business differently than those trapped in traditional corporate mindsets.
Cort developed his concept of All-In Leadership through three decades of battles and lessons. Sometimes he won: He spoke truth to power and saved lives as a young engineer when he realized a crew of men were entering a tank full of nitrogen gas. Sometimes he lost: A man died in his arms after a plant at which Cort was a supervisor failed to take appropriate precautions.
On assignment as a performance coach in the Middle East, Cort shouldered the task of convincing a wary team of locally sourced supervisors to commit to the goal of completing a project ahead of schedule, under budget, and without hurting anyone––performance that was unheard of at that place and time. Cort’s strategy in the Middle East did not hinge on better equipment or sharper protocols. For Cort, humanity was the answer.
It was the first big test of the All-In Leadership concept he’d started to develop, and the results were revolutionary. Cort earned the supervisors’ buy-in. Crews completed the massive project in record time, used less money, and did not harm anyone.
